Allow approx 5 days for delivery of products to the UK and Ireland.
Allow approx 14 days for delivery of products to all other countries.

Return's Policy

Catclub.net aims to provide the best service and products to all our customers. If you are not happy or satisfied with any purchased products please e-mail info@catclub.net. We will need the following details:

• Customers name
• Customers e-mail address
• Details of product
• Reason for return of product

We can then make arrangements for a full refund or replacement. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Notification of returns must be carried out within 30 days of delivery of product. Catclub.net cannot accept any responsibility for damage of products caused by the customer.

This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
