When submitting remmeber that the system will automatically resize these images for publication and in order to prevent any distortion please remember that images will be resized to between 160 x 120 pixels and 160x 190 pixels for the thumbnail image and a larger image whose size will be restricted to between 350 x 233 and 350 x 350 pixels.
If your not sure about Pixels don't worry remmebr that the best images will be portrait, that is up and down, rather than landscape (left and right) or more square in presentation
